Be respectful and keep a good attitude! I tend to speak very casually to clients, but I will expect you to be kind as I will be to you, even when it comes to making changes or critiques/consultations. Poor behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the commission's cancellation.

Please follow the rules and prices detailed in the Commissions tab. I will not draw anything I am uncomfortable with.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

All commissions must be paid in full upfront unless given explicit consent to a payment plan with me.

The accepted currency is USD.

Payment is done through Paypal or Kofi. Kofi utilizes Stripe or Paypal.

Tips are appreciated but will NEVER be required / asked of you.

All commission requests begin with a consultation. You describe to me what the piece is for, and what you're looking for, and I will walk you through a quote.

After agreeing on the price, you will pay the agreed-on cost through Kofi or PayPal.

I will then begin to sketch and offer a few mockups to choose from, as well as ask for additional notes from you / revisions.

Once we have a sketch we have settled on, I will begin the final rendering. I tend to show a few more WIP screenshots in that time.

Slight changes are accepted within reason, but if the changes are large / become excessive in nature, there will be an additional $10 USD charge per extra change.

Once I approach the final piece, I will then send a final 99% done version, ask for final notes and touchups.

Once the image is 100% completed I will email it to you, and it is free for you to use for whatever you please, as agreed upon.

The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as: health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues. Please remember artists are human, too!

If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

Promote myself in any place or site.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

The only exception to this is to social media platforms such as Twitter or Instagram. I will only post finished pieces on these platforms with your consent, AND with watermarks to prevent theft.

You, the commissioner are allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, such as books covers, props, YouTube thumbnails, album art, and change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

You and I both have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

I will NEVER cancel a commission without communicating with the client first. I ask the same of you. I will always appreciate dialogue and open communication.

Refund amounts correspond with the state of the commission at that time of refund request, as well as who requested the refund (see chart below).

Commissions that are canceled by you without being started are subject to a 95% refund. Consider the other 5% a cancellation fee.

Artist cancellations are rare, but may occur if I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, or if I feel mismatch between client / artist (attitude, miscommunication, etc). I will always try to refund more of your money back if I am the one to cancel (see chart below).

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers, and you will be blacklisted

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
